Nestled in the Millevaches Regional Nature Reserve in the central Limousin region of France,

Pérols-sur-Vézère is a quiet village situated in the beautiful unspoiled countryside of the county of Corrèze, midway between Limoges and Ussel. The village sits away from the main highway.

Nestled in the heart of the village, the house was built in 1897 with hand-carved granite stones from the local quarry.

The furnished guesthouse rental was entirely renovated in 2023. It has its own independent access and sits on the ground and first levels of the main house. The host is away, and guests will have the guesthouse to themselves and no shared spaces.

The property is set on 2,550 m2 (±0.6 acre) of land, with two patios and beautiful gardens graced by two small ponds, where you can wander and enjoy a peaceful rest.
