The house is surrounded by 2,550 m² (0.6 acre) of beautiful grounds. Outside the guesthouse, the vast courtyard has been landscaped and can accomodate the parking of two cars. It is laid out with:

• a large 200 m² tiled courtyard
• a 25 m² tiled patio in the shade of a limetree
• a 25 m² wooden deck
• a storage shed 
• patio furniture including a patio table and chairs, four lounge chairs, a sun umbrella and a portable charcoal BBQ
• a teeter-totter for children

The courtyard opens onto a 2 300 m² wooded park. What used to be a grazing field for the family cow herd has been turned into a wonderful and tranquil setting planted with a wide collection of trees, shrubs and flowers. It has an open view onto the surrounded hills and is graced by two small ponds.
