The guesthouse was fully renovated in 2024

For everyone's comfort, smoking is forbidden and pets are not alloweD. The property is not equipped with a charging station or suitable outlets for charging electric or hybid vehicles. See below for more information (**) 

The guesthouse is not equipped to accomodate guests with reduced mobility.

However, it has the following accessibility features: Level access to the entrance through the back patio, stairs with rope handrail, walk-in shower and shower stool.

Overview of living room and kitchen
 

Ground Floor:

 

  • Separate entrance hallway at the back of the house

  • Split bathroom with wash basin, dresser, electric towel dryer, walk-in shower, and W.C.

  • Large storage room with clothes washer, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron, clothes drying rack, additional bottom freezer-refrigerator, coat rack, shoe rack, and storage racks

Upper Floor:

  • Living area with sleeper sofa (130x190 cm for one additional person), and 32" flat-screen TV

  • 2 separate bedrooms with, in each, a double bed (140x190 cm), bedside tables and lamps, and a wooden armoire. Quality beds with a slat frame, a mattress, and a 6-cm memory foam mattress topper for improved sleep comfort. See below for more information (*)

  • Fully equipped open kitchen with dishes, 3-zone induction cooktop, kitchen, table-top refrigerator with freezer commpartment, countertop electric oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, and filter coffee machine. Table linen is supplied (2 kitchen towels + 1 round tablecloth)

  • Eating nook for 4 to 5 persons, with a view

 In the bedrooms, each bed is equipped with a fully zipped hypoallergenic and antibugs waterproof mattress protector, a mattress cover, a 240x220 cm comforter, one additional blanket, 2-65x65 cm pillows and pillow protectors. 

BED AND BATH LINENS ARE NOT SUPPLIED

  • Possibility to rent bed linens as a supplement, including one fitted sheet, one 240x220 cm comforter cover, and two 65x65 cm pillowcases: 20 € / bed. 

  • Possibility to rent bath linens as a supplement, including two guest towels and one wash cloth: 5 € / person

ELECTRIC AND HYBRID VEHICLES

The property is not equipped with a charging station or suitable outlets for charging electric or hybrid vehicles. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to use any domestic electrical outlets, whether indoor or outdoor, to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle. The electrical system has not been designed or sized for this purpose. Any unauthorized charging may cause malfunctions or damage to the property’s electrical installation, potentially resulting in a total power outage, overheating, or even a fire hazard. In the event of non-compliance, the tenant will be held liable, and any additional electricity consumption costs incurred will be fully charged to the tenant. The nearest charging station de charge is 5 km away, in a covered parking lot. It has 4 charging stations with a maximum power of 22 kW: MOBIVE Charging Station - 17 rue de la République, 19170 Bugeat
